What Happens Next
- We call you back the same business day. Not a portal ticket.
- A walkthrough, usually thirty minutes. We measure, count restrooms and pantries, look at your floor surfaces and ask how many days you are actually occupied.
- A written proposal within two business days — scope exhibit by area and frequency, fixed monthly price, service level agreement and the exclusions, in one document.
- Building onboarding. We file the Certificate of Insurance with your managing agent, complete vendor registration and submit the named worker roster. In most Class B and C buildings this takes two to five business days.
If Your Crew Did Not Show up Tonight
Call us. We will tell you honestly whether we can be there tonight, which depends on whether we already hold credentials in your building — and if we cannot, we will tell you what to do instead. The checklist for tonight.
Dispatch Hours
Office hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Dispatch staffed during all service windows, including overnight and weekends. Emergency response available 24/7.

Do we have to commit to anything for a walkthrough?
No. The walkthrough and the written proposal are free and carry no obligation. If you decide not to proceed, the scope exhibit is yours to use with whoever you do hire.
What is the smallest office you will work with?
Around 1,200 square feet. Below that, a nightly crew rarely makes economic sense and you are usually better served by two or three visits a week — and we will say so.
Do you work outside New York City?
Yes — Westchester County, Nassau and Suffolk counties on Long Island, and Bergen County in New Jersey, with crews dispatched from within each region. Service areas.
