When Can You Actually Get Here?

Most cleaning companies publish a phone number and a contact form. This page publishes the thing you actually want to know before an incident: who picks up, how fast, and what has to be true for a crew to be in your space today.

We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The phone is answered in under five seconds. Same-day service is genuinely available. Those are three separate promises and we keep them separate on purpose — answering quickly is not the same as being on site quickly, and a vendor who blurs the two is setting you up for a bad night.

The Three Commitments, Stated Separately

What we commit to, and what each one does and does not mean.
CommitmentWhat it means What it does not mean
Answered in under 5 seconds
24/7
A person picks up, usually before the second ring, at any hour including weekends and holidays. They can see the schedule and give you a real answer. That a crew is already in a van. Speed of answer is speed of answer.
24/7 operation Nights, weekends, holidays and overnight windows are normal working time for us, not an exception we grudgingly accommodate. That your building is open 24/7. Building access is the real constraint far more often than we are.
Same-day service We can and regularly do mobilise a crew the same day you call. A guarantee for every job on every day. Size, access and time of call decide it, and we will tell you on the call which way it falls.

The Three Things That Decide Whether Today Is Possible

When we say no to a same-day request, it is almost never about crew. It is one of these, and you can clear all three in advance:

  1. Building access. Will your managing agent authorise a vendor into the space today, and are the freight elevator hours still open? In many Manhattan buildings freight closes mid-afternoon, which quietly ends the conversation at 3pm.
  2. A Certificate of Insurance already on file. If your building has not received our COI, that paperwork — not the cleaning — is what delays you. It takes a day or two to process at the agent's end. Get ours filed before you need it.
  3. How early you call. A 9am call and a 4pm call for the same job are different jobs. Earlier is not a preference, it is the whole variable.
The one thing worth doing today

Have our Certificate of Insurance filed with your managing agent now, before anything has gone wrong. It costs nothing, it takes one email, and it is the single difference between “we can be there this afternoon” and “we can be there once the building clears the paperwork.” Every building emergency we have ever been late to was late for that reason.

Scale

We service everything from a single 2,000 sq ft suite to multi-floor space. The honest caveat is about notice rather than size: what we can staff today and what we can staff on a week's notice are different numbers. Tell us the square footage and the deadline on the call and you will get a straight answer, including a no. Accepting a job we cannot properly staff is how vendors end up sending two people to do the work of five, and you would find out at 7am rather than on the phone.

Availability: Frequently Asked Questions

Do you actually answer the phone at 3am?
Yes. The line is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and it is answered in under five seconds — usually before the second ring. You get a person who can look at the schedule, not a voicemail box and not an answering service that takes a message.
Can you clean my office the same day I call?
Often, yes. Same-day service is genuinely possible and we do it regularly. What decides it is not our willingness but three practical things: whether your building will grant access today, whether our Certificate of Insurance is already on file with your managing agent, and what the freight elevator hours are. Call and we will tell you within the same conversation whether today is realistic — including when it is not.
What counts as an emergency?
A pipe or sprinkler discharge, a restroom overflow, a failed refrigerator, a post-incident clean-up, a client visit that moved up, or a floor left unusable by a contractor. If it stops your office working, treat it as one and call.
Do you work weekends and holidays?
Yes. Weekend-only routes, weekend additions to a weeknight schedule, and holiday coverage are all normal for us. Note that some buildings charge for weekend freight operator or security coverage — that is a building charge, not ours, and we will tell you when we expect it.
How small or large a job will you take?
From a single 2,000 sq ft suite to multi-floor space. Where honesty matters is at short notice: the size of job we can staff today is not the same as the size we can staff on a week's notice. Tell us the square footage and the deadline and we will give you a straight answer on the call rather than accepting and under-staffing it.
Is there an extra charge for after-hours work?
No, for recurring contracts — nightly service after 6pm is the standard model and it is priced into the monthly fee. Short-notice and emergency call-outs are billed hourly, and we quote the rate before we dispatch, never after.
